The Garden Pre-School is a non-profit making organisation, which is run by an elected management committee of parents and staff. The Pre-School is registered with Ofsted as ‘Good’ and we are able to take up to 32 children per session from the ages of 2 years up to rising 5 years. In addition of this we are also a registered charity (Charity Commission Number 1047190).
We hold regular fundraising events throughout the term. Fundraising is a vital part of our activities, we rely on the support of the parents to run a series of fundraising events throughout the year e.g. a sponsored sports event in the summer and an Easter raffle along with regular cake sales and many other events and fun days. Fundraising can be hard but can also be FUN, we find that it brings people together and adds to the involvement our parents have with the Pre-School. Please see our noticeboard for dates of our meetings.
The Garden Pre-School operates 5 sessions per week (Term Time only), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday consisting of 2 sessions a day 9am- 12pm for Nursery age children (4 year olds) and 12pm-3pm for Pre-School age children (2 & 3 year olds).
The Garden Pre-School operates a Waiting List. Please contact us by e-mail on info@thegardenpreschool.co.uk or by telephone on 01707 272893, to request a Registration of Interest Form. If your child has been allocated a place at the pre-school you will be contacted during the term before your child is due to start and a visit day will be arranged. If you wish to visit us before then please do not hesitate to telephone the Pre-School direct to make an appointment. We welcome visits from prospective parents.
