SNACK & CONSUMABLES
Each morning/afternoon your child will have a selection of 2/3 items of healthy snack. As we are a charitable organisation we are a non-profit making pre-school and therefore funds are very limited. We therefore ask that the sum of £10.00 per half term is made by yourselves towards the cost of buying snack and consumables for your child.
As a non-profit provider, we endeavour to make our charges as affordable as possible, but we also need to be financially sustainable. The hourly grant funding rate (FEEE) we receive from Herts County Council only covers the basic running costs of the pre-school i.e. staff and premises costs. To enable us to sustain ourselves and offer your child the best pre-school education we can, we will make a small additional charge towards the cost of consumables and additional services and resources. This includes a healthy snack, craft materials, themed resources, messy play activities and Tapestry. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries about this
