All staff have an Enhanced CRB/DBS and all staff hold a recognised paediatric first aid qualification, which is updated regularly. All staff undertake Safeguarding Training. All staff are experienced and are qualified in early years, or currently training. In addition all staff regularly attend updating training courses, to keep abreast on the current issues in childcare and education and staff have received training on the EYFS.
